Automatic flash evaporation and smell remove System

Automatic flash evaporation and smell remove System,is operated by SIEMENS PLC. It can be combined with the sterilization machine to remove gas, water or peculiar smell to improve quality. This system is armed with flash evaluation, condenser, balance water drum, plate-type heat exchanger, water pump, transfer pump, electricity controller etc, and main part of joint with materials are made in SUS304. Materials of 90-95, monitored in magnetic flow meter imported, will be cooled in the flash evaluation tank under -0.078-0.087Mpa to remove 1%-10% water and most gas to condenser, and the material after evaluate in 55-65 is discharged into next procedure. The level in the flash evaluation tank takes an auto pressure difference level imported to keep the balance. The level in condenser is monitored by an automatic Koker. The uncondensed gas is pumped out in vacuum and water after condensed will be cooled again through a plate-type condenser to recycle. The cooling temperature is controlled by BURKET seat valve and Denmark TEMPRESS temperature sensor. The level in the balance drum is auto controlled by electrode level, and all gas-valves are operated by SIEMENS PLC, which help to finish the flash evaluation gas removal and CIP washing process.
