Description for pasteurized milk production plant:
We offer liquid product processing plant such as milk, yogurt,ice cream, ghee,butter, juice and beverage etc. The capacity of the plant is required by clients.
We provide guidence from consultancy,designing,manufacturing,installation,commissioning to after service etc.
Sample of processing steps for milk plant as following:
Firstly,fresh milk is poured into a milk receiving tank from the milk tankers.
Secondly, milk is cooled in a chilling tank from room temperature to 4ºC.
Thirdly,this chilled milk will be blended and pasteurized.
Fourthly; cream will be separated from pasteurized milk by the cream separator in order to get skimmed milk.

Milk is standardized depending on the requirement of toned milk, double toned milk, skimmed milk or full cream milk.
The separated cream is processed to ghee and butter.
The pasteurized skimmed milk, toned milk or double toned milk is sent for packing machine for various of capacities......
