Detailed Product Description
Auto Plate-Type pasteurizer,
made of SUS304 stainless steel, is used to sterilize, which is equipped with auto CIP washing system controlled by SIEMENS PLC. The sterilization is carried out at temperature of 95/125 for 300S/15s and the temperature of input is 5 with 43/5 discharged. The temperature controller is used the Spax steam reducer valve and control valve with TEMPRESS temperature sense from Denmark. The control box is used the FUJI button from Japan with SIEMENS components. This system has alarm function in high temperature and resume in low temperature. Materials flow in no less than 1kg/cm2 to guarantee all process parameters.
